Introducing the “Mio Amico”, which means, My Friend in Italian. This new knife profile was created by my good friend Marc, a true craftsman and artisan. With Marc’s permission, I incorporated his profile along with my artistic impressions to create a true collaboration of purpose and beauty.

This knife is so comfortable in the hand and the light green dyed Spalted Maple is gorgeous to look at.

Crafted with meticulous precision and passion. Each knife is hand made from the highest quality AEB-L stainless steel, ensuring exceptional durability and razor-sharp precision.

I painstakingly shape the blade and meticulously refine the handle to provide unparalleled balance and control. This western timeless design and exceptional craftsmanship, is a work of art that will elevate your cooking to new heights.

THE DOPE:

BLADE: AEB-L stainless steel blade approximately 2.52 mm thick - (measurement taken at front of handle). Approximately 2 inch at heel. The blade is approximately 7 1/2 inches long with full distal taper, hand sanded to 800 grit finish.

HANDLE: Tiffany blue liners - spacers. Dyed Light Green Spalted Maple Burl handle, approximately 4 1/2 inches in length.

HARDWARE: One Tiffany blue G-10 pin circular design, two smaller stainless steel pins.

This chef knife comes with a black cordura case.
